HomeCostAbroad provides a tax calculator that estimates purchase taxes and fees for European real estate. The information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making any purchase decision.
2. Accuracy
We strive to keep tax data accurate and up to date. However, tax laws change and individual circumstances vary. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of calculations for your specific situation.
3. Reports
Standalone PDF reports are sold for €1.99 each. Once a report has been generated and delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
4. Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €9.99. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
